Can I never be happy with the weather?
Well I'm happy when it's fall. It's the perfect time of year. Not too hot, not too cold and Halloween is usually nice.

one time when I was on everthingunderthemoon.net I found spells for weather and like 3 to 5 storm/rain spells. Hope it helps
