Yesterday, well Saturday, is rained a lot, though we were spared the tornadoes of other States, and she loved it. Loved every minute of that rain and thunder. I opened the door and she just looked out and laughed when the thunder happened.
That was the first time I've ever done that for her. Beforehand I was scared something would happen, but now she's been introduced to more violent nature. She didn't mind. I think she liked the sound. When we weren't watching the rain she was playing with her toys and ignoring it.
I told her when she gets older I'll let her play in the rain. I miss doing that. It was so much fun.
I will say that yesterday's rain was more of a summe rain then dreary old winter. I'm just sad that in some parts of the country they're still getting snow.
